Right of Withdrawal — 14 days

Under OUG 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from any distance contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

How to Return a Product

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product
2. Pack the product in its original, unused packaging
3. Send the product to our address
4. Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return

Exceptions

Personalised products, opened oils and hygiene products cannot be returned.
